Paul Gatto BA LLB

Paul is based in our Wodonga office.
Paul was admitted in Victoria and NSW in 2000. He joined Nevin Lenne Gross in 2001 as an associate solicitor and became a principal of the firm in 2006. Paul has significant experience in personal injury litigation in both Victoria and NSW.

Paul is an Approved Legal Service Provider for the NSW Workers Compensation Legal Assistance and Review Service.

As an Approved Legal Service Provider Paul is entitled to apply for and be granted funding to pay an injured worker’s legal costs from the WorkCover Independent Review Office. Without this funding grant, injured workers have to pay their own legal costs and cannot recover any legal fees from the insurer or employer in pursuing their workers compensation entitlements.
