Glenn Moody


Glenn is based in our Myrtleford office and attends our other offices frequently to see clients.

Glenn joined Nevin Lenne Gross as a solicitor in October 2019 after a long career within the Australian Defence Force.

Glenn was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2018 and the High Court of Australia in 2019.

Glenn is passionate about delivering concise legal advice in easy to understand everyday language.

Glenn works closely with Accredited Specialist Rebecca Healy in our Wills and Estates department and is able to assist clients with all types of matters in this field.  These include, but are not limited to, drafting complex Wills and Succession planning, Appointment of Medical Treatment Decision Maker documents, Enduring Powers of Attorney (Financial & Personal), VCAT and NCAT applications, Administration of Deceased Estates, Superannuation death benefit claims, Testators family maintenance and Family provision claims.
